My MS908 shows the clock, my information (name & phone number) and a numeric keypad when it is rebooted.  Assuming it is wanting a password, I attempt to enter the alpha-numeric Autel account password, but it shows "Sorry, try again".  I cannot seem to enter any alphabet character either.  Please help.  Thank you.

 Maybe this will help someone in the future...  The tester was not wanting my Autel account password it was wanting my ANDROID OS password (which *IS* all numeric).  So, when you go to 'System Settings', scroll down to 'Security', then select PIN to unlock your screen, THIS number is what you use to unlock your tester once it's rebooted.
